Anyone suffering with stress and anxiety over Christmas can still get help and support at Jersey's Listening Lounge.
The service on Charles Street will be open every day over the festive period - including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
People can drop in or arrange private appointments with counsellors and peer support workers by calling 866793.
Lucy Nicolau is urging anyone struggling to come in as soon as possible;
"We know that if we can provide support early on then that will help prevent problems from escalating further. If you come in, you'll always be met by one of the team. We have qualified counsellors and they are working alongside people with lived experience - people who have been through similar problems themselves who are able to offer different insights and support."
Look after yourself this Christmas.
