Jersey's government is looking for some to take over Les Creux Pavilion in St Brelade.
Originally built in the early 2000s to serve as Jersey's international bowls venue, the building in Les Creux Country Park now stands empty.
It closed last year because of a lack of membership.
The site is 4,023 square feet and consists of the pavilion building - with a kitchen and bar, changing rooms and bathrooms, two bowl greens and parking.

Jersey Property Holding, which manages publicly-owned buildings, is inviting 'Expressions of Interest' from prospective tenants.
It wants the pavilion to 'serve the local community' by providing meeting and events spaces and sporting activities.
The pavilion building is equipped with kitchen and bar facilities, as well as changing rooms and bathrooms.
Interested prospective tenants should have ideas for events, partnerships with local sports clubs, and collaborations with local organisations that the site can host.
The lease will be for a term of 5-9 years and JPH says the rent is negotiable.
The deadline for proposals to be submitted is 7 April.
