Pre-Departure Negative PCR Tests Accepted From All Countries

Jersey will accept negative PCR tests taken within 72 hours of departure from all countries from Tuesday 28 September.

They've only been accepted from the UK until now.

Passengers have to declare on the pre-departure form that they've completed, or will complete, a pre-departure PCR test.

Evidence of the negative test must be provided on arrival.

People who bring evidence of a negative test within 72 hours do not need to be tested at the border and don't need to isolate.

The test must include:

  • The passenger's name and date of birth
  • When the test sample was collected or received by the test provider
  • The name of the test provider and their contact details
  • Confirmation that it's a PCR test.

The test must be conducted within 72 hours of the final leg of the journey to Jersey and must be in English or with an accompanying translation.
