The Sanctuary Trust's accommodation in St Aubin has officially re-opened today after a £300,000 refurbishment.
Private donations paid for the former guest house to be completely re-wired and brought up to modern standards.
It was re-opened by the Lieutenant Governor, Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton.
Brett Cutts manages Sanctuary House. He says it's been difficult while the property was out of action:
“During the refurbishment project we have tried our best to offer a home and hope for men who have needed us, but demand has been such that it can’t always be possible. We are delighted to reopen our doors in time for Christmas.”
