Three vehicle collision on the Espalande

A three-vehicle collision on the Esplanade this afternoon (1 July) is causing major delays through town.

A van, motorbike, and bus are involved, and emergency services are in attendance.

Injuries seem to be minor, but the driver of the car has been taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Access is blocked from Route De Liberation roundabout and the underpass onto the Esplanade Westbound, and is expected to be closed for some time.

Islanders are being asked to avoid the area.

Investigations are ongoing.
