After the historic vote to oust Deputy Kristina Moore as Chief Minister, do we still have a government, when will the new Chief Minister take post and what will happen to the current Ministers?
Deputy Moore and her ministerial team will remain in a 'caretaker' role during the process of choosing a new Council.
Politicians who want the top job will need to put forward their name to the States Greffe by 5pm today (17 Jan), but will need at least six other members to back them.
A 'vision statement' will also need to be submitted, which will set out their 'strategic direction' if they were leading government.
We know that Deputies Tom Binet and Sam Mezec will be putting their names forward, and former Economic Development minister, Lyndon Farnham has emailed his colleagues saying he has the backing to be on the ballot.
It is believed Treasury Minister and former Chief Minister Ian Gorst will also nominate himself.
Deputy Moore has put her support behind her Ministerial colleague, who has previously served two terms as the island's leader.
The States Members will meet on 25 January to choose the new Chief Minister, but they won't be in power at that point.
They will only take the post once all the Ministerial positions have been filled.
The winner will then put their preferred team forward for the States to vote in, but any other member can put themselves forward for a role at the ministers' table.
The new government will be in position by the end of the month.
Kristina Moore is the first Chief Minister to have been removed from the post. 27 States members supported a vote of no confidence, compared to 22 who wanted her to continue.
