Passengers are being advised to allow more time to get to the airport as roadworks begin, while tailbacks are also likely into St Peter Port.
Airline Aurigny is advising people who're travelling in the month ahead to allow for extra time to get to Guernsey Airport, as roadworks begin in the Forest.
From today (12 February), the road from Le Chene traffic lights to Le Bourg will be closed for four weeks.
Motorists will have to follow a three-mile diversion around the back of the airport to reach the entrance from the west.
The road closure is to allow Guernsey Electricity to upgrade high voltage power cables.
Meanwhile, commuters are being advised to expect delays getting into town.
Ruettes Braye is closing for four weeks, while The Grange remains one way until March.
This could cause tailbacks, particularly along the Val des Terres.
