Islanders packed St Peter Port and east coast vantage points to watch the modern and veteran aircraft perform.

The Hawker Hurricane was a genuine Battle Britain veteran and operated out of Croydon in the summer of 1940. Part of the rationale of the display is to remember those in the RAF in WW2 and to inspire a new generation of pilots and engineers.
The Jet Provost provided the noise as the 1950s RAF trainer pulled Gs as it looped the loop.
The show ended with the two motorised gliders of Airborne Pyrotechnics, their fuselages covered in LEDs and firing fireworks into the dusk.
