Conseiller John Guille will represent both Sark and the Bailiwick of Guernsey at the annual Cenotaph service in London.
The duty of representing the Bailiwick rotates between Guernsey, Alderney and Sark.
This year, Conseiller John Guille, who chairs Sark's Policy and Finance Committee, will be in London to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph.
Chief Pleas say the act is important:
"It honours those from across the Bailiwick who gave their lives during the First and Second World Wars, while also recognising the commitment and sacrifice of those who have served in the years since.
"By participating in the national ceremony, the Bailiwick joins communities across the British Isles in ensuring that their contribution and legacy are
remembered by future generations."
In Guernsey there will be a parade and Service of Remembrance at the Smith Street War Memorial and wreaths will be laid at parish memorials including the Vale and St Peter's.
In Alderney the commemorations take place at St Anne's church and then at the Cenotaph opposite.
